Cambridge University Press and Assessment (CUPA) released the latest exam preparation material, ‘IELTS 19,’ today, 21 August, in Delhi. It was moderated by Arunachalam TK, who directs both the English, South Asia, and Cambridge University.

According to the official release, Cambridge also declared its affiliated partners for distributing learning aids, such as LDS Marketing from New Delhi and JB International from Agra.

The official notice stated that such collaborations were clearly in line with Cambridge’s strategic plan of improving engagement with trade partners and access to the broader market among learners.

On the ‘IELTS 19’ assessment

The assessment includes relevant and efficient identification of ‘‘digital’ files retrievable through the Cambridge One. “This includes practice tests that are realistic, a resource centre that contains useful material, free listening, and reading tests available online for IELTS candidates only and sample videos of the speaking test, audio files for the listening tests, fully annotated answer keys with extra explanations and sample writing tasks.” says the official note.

“Cambridge also has The Official Cambridge Guide to IELTS, which is an all-inclusive study tool containing published authors’ professional advice and tips, actual eight IELTS tests, and language skills exercises for focused practice for achieving targeted band score,” according to the press release.

Arunachalam TK, the head of combined English, South Asia, said: “It is our pleasure to introduce IELTS 19 to learners throughout the South Asia region now. It is a comprehensive set of examination papers that imitates the actual IELTS test, which we believe will enable learners to get high band scores. The IELTS 19 will enable the learners to excel on the particular day they are set to do the IELTS test.”
