The University of Glasgow, one of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious institutions, has launched the Glasgow MBA Scholarship 2025, offering awards of up to €18,750 (approximately ₹17 lakh) to international students. Aimed at fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion, the scholarship supports students enrolling in the university’s globally acclaimed MBA programme this September.

The scholarship is open to applicants from select countries, including India, provided they receive an unconditional or conditional offer (with the only condition being English language proficiency). Candidates must also demonstrate either first-class academic achievement or an outstanding professional record and clear the university’s interview round.

Eligible countries include Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, Ghana, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, the USA, Vietnam, and over 30 others.

To apply, students must first secure admission to the MBA programme. Upon acceptance, applicants can access the Glasgow MBA Scholarship Application Form via the university’s online portal and upload necessary documents including transcripts, degree certificates, English proficiency test scores, and references on the Applicant Self-Service platform.

All documents must be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf format, with each file under 5MB and a total upload limit of 10MB. The application deadline is 21 July 2025.

Ashleigh Veres, senior director at Malvern International, remarked that opportunities like this one showcase the UK’s commitment to nurturing global talent and enhancing international student diversity.

The United Kingdom continues to be a preferred study destination for students from across the globe, and initiatives like the Glasgow MBA Scholarship strengthen the country’s reputation as a hub for inclusive and accessible world-class education.
