Adelaide University Launches New Brand and 200 Programs for International Students

Adelaide University, Australia, has announced a fresh brand identity, a new website, and nearly 200 coursework programmes aimed at international students, set to commence in 2026. This initiative marks a significant milestone as the first major Australian university established this century.

Co-Vice Chancellors Professor Peter Høj AC and Professor David Lloyd highlighted the university’s ambitions to serve as a contemporary, large-scale institution focusing on global impact, innovation, and entrepreneurship. “This launch is a pivotal step for South Australia and the communities of the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide, who are collaborating to form this new institution,” they said in a joint statement.

The programmes will cover major disciplines, featuring flexible, modular structures and integration with AI technologies. International applicants can begin the enrolment process in 2025.
The university aims to rank among Australia’s top five for student experience and is committed to providing a holistic, future-focused education. By joining the prestigious Group of Eight (Go8), Adelaide University seeks to shape global citizens equipped to address critical challenges in a rapidly evolving world.
