Melbourne, Australia – RMIT University is offering Foundation Academic Scholarships worth AU$5,000 each to international students for the first semester of 2025. Designed to support tuition costs, the programme will award 25 scholarships, with applications closing on 31 January 2025.

According to an official statement, the scholarships provide a one-time payment of AU$5,000, credited directly to the recipient’s university account after the first census date, helping to ease the financial burden for eligible students.

To be eligible, applicants must hold an offer letter for the Foundation Studies programme starting in February 2025 and be new international students with a current or pending student visa. Additionally, candidates must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form. Students already enrolled in Foundation Studies are not eligible.

The application process involves selecting an eligible programme, applying to RMIT University, and completing the EOI form for the scholarship. Detailed application guidelines are available on the university’s official website.
