University of Strathclyde Becoming Centre for Sustainable Development
Centre for Sustainable Development Scholarship 2024: International students from all over the globe still have the opportunity to apply for the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, United Kingdom, for the Master of Science (MSc) program in Sustainability under the Centre for Sustainable Development for the academic year 2023-24. The scholarship is worth £2000 (Rs 2,2140) and is suitable for one year to cover part of the tuition fee. The university is offering four scholarships in total.
However, there is no need to file another application for this scholarship. Students applying for the MSc Sustainability programme shall also automatically be considered for the offer.
The MSc Sustainability program at the University of Strathclyde is designed to create world leaders in sustainability. The program recruits academic personnel from different faculties, including Business, Engineering, Humanities, Science, and Social Sciences.
The official website states: The scholarship is open to self-funded candidates, which means you cannot receive funding from any other scholarships; employer sponsorship, and among the persons who will benefit from this sponsorship are those who already have a place for the MSc Sustainability at the University.
Scholarship recipients are expected to participate in various activities throughout their studies, including:
- Being involved in committees for social or class representatives.
- Serving as a volunteer for prospective students who wish to attend the college.
- Helping the school in event organization and coordination.
- How to keep alums moving once they graduate from the MSc programme.
