Fully Funded SINGA Scholarship Open for January 2026 Intake in Singapore

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is now accepting applications for its January 2026 intake, offering a fully funded PhD or EngD scholarship to international students eager to undertake cutting-edge research in Singapore. This prestigious programme is a collaboration with leading institutions, including Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and Singapore Management University (SMU).
Applications for the January 2026 intake close on 1 June 2025 at 23:59 Singapore Time (GMT +8). Shortlisted candidates will be notified within 12 weeks of the application deadline.
The SINGA scholarship covers full tuition fees for up to four years, alongside a monthly stipend starting at SGD 2,700, which increases to SGD 3,200 upon passing the Qualifying Examination.
Additionally, recipients will receive a one-time airfare grant of SGD 1,500 and a settling-in allowance of SGD 1,000.
This scholarship is open to international students with outstanding academic achievements, a strong passion for research, and proficiency in English. It presents a unique opportunity to pursue advanced studies in fields such as engineering, technology, biomedical sciences, computing, and physical sciences within Singapore’s world-renowned research ecosystem.
