University of Stirling Invites Applications for Undergraduate Courses

The University of Stirling, UK, has opened applications for undergraduate courses, with the final deadline set for 30 June 2025. The university, ranked first in the UK for campus environment (ISB 2022) and recognised as the happiest place to live in Scotland (Rightmove 2024), offers over 170 course combinations.

Students seeking full-time study for September 2025 can apply through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) or directly via the university’s application portal. The institution provides flexible degrees designed to align with future career prospects.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Students

Indian applicants must meet the following requirements:

First-year entry: A minimum of 65% in Class 12 from ISC/ICSE, CBSE, or Metro state boards (Delhi, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal).
Second-year advanced entry: A minimum of 75% in Class 12 from the above-mentioned boards.

Support for Indian Applicants

To assist Indian students, Stirling Team India has three representatives—Akash, Rishi, and Yoshita—based in Mumbai and Delhi. They provide support to students, parents, counsellors, and education partners, organising recruitment events and answering queries about courses, scholarships, accommodation, and student life.

£8,000 International Undergraduate Scholarship

The University of Stirling offers an International Undergraduate Scholarship worth £8,000, providing £2,000 per year over four years towards tuition fees.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship:

  • Applicants must hold a conditional or unconditional admission offer for undergraduate courses commencing in January 2025, September 2025, or January 2026.
  • Candidates must be classified as international students for tuition purposes.
  • Full-time foreign students enrolled at the University of Stirling are eligible.
  • Students progressing from qualifying pathway programs at INTO Stirling to undergraduate studies at the university can also apply.
